“If you ask me what I came to do in this world, I, an artist, will answer you: I am here to live out loud.”
― Émile Zola
Born in Bismarck, North Dakota, though I lived the majority of my life in Vienna, Virginia (USA) before moving to and making a home in The Netherlands. Originally a self taught artist, I decided to change my status quo and make a move to follow the passion of art, a fascination with the Old Masters and classical painting- that move brought me to be a bachelor's student of Fine Arts at Minerva Art Academy in Groningen, The Netherlands.
My art encompasses painting, photography and installations with a crossing of mediums. It tends to focus on social critique and story telling, using the polar base of white and black, with an emphasis on humanity, myth, memory and its taboo.
